The exact scope of services will be mentioned in the quotation, proposal, agreement, or invoice shared with the client.

3. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate information, content, images, documents, approvals, and other required materials on time.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all content provided to us is legal, original, and does not violate any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.

Delay in providing required materials or approvals may affect the delivery timeline.

4. Payment Terms
All service charges, advance payments, milestone payments, and final payments will be communicated through quotation, invoice, or agreement.

Work may begin only after receiving the agreed advance payment.

Final delivery, website launch, source code handover, or access transfer may be done only after full payment is received.

Payments once made are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Project Timeline
Project timelines depend on the scope of work, client response time, content availability, approvals, and technical requirements.

Any delay caused by the client, third-party service provider, hosting company, domain provider, or payment gateway shall not be considered a delay from our side.

6. Revisions and Changes
The number of free revisions will be mentioned in the proposal or agreement.

Any additional changes, new features, redesign requests, or work outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.

Major changes after approval of design, development, or final delivery may require additional time and cost.

7. Domain, Hosting, and Third-Party Services
Domain names, hosting, SSL certificates, payment gateways, plugins, APIs, themes, third-party tools, and licenses may be provided by third-party companies.

We are not responsible for downtime, pricing changes, technical issues, suspension, policy changes, or service failure caused by third-party providers.

Renewal of domain, hosting, licenses, or third-party services is the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, designs, software, source code, graphics, and content created by us will remain the property of Computingpool Enterprises until full payment is received.

After full payment, the agreed final deliverables may be handed over to the client as per the project agreement.

We reserve the right to use completed projects in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

9. Content and Legal Compliance
The client is fully responsible for the legality, accuracy, and ownership of the content provided for websites, apps, advertisements, or software.

We are not liable for any legal issue arising from client-provided content, images, trademarks, products, services, or business activities.

The client must ensure that their website or software complies with applicable laws, including privacy, data protection, tax, consumer, and industry-specific regulations.
