Welcome to Computingpool Enterprises. This Return and Cancellation Policy explains the terms related to cancellation, refund, and return of services purchased from our IT company.

By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Services Covered
This policy applies to IT and digital services provided by Computingpool Enterprises including but not limited to:

Mobile App Development
Software Development
Logo, Banner, and Graphic Design

Domain and Hosting Assistance

Maintenance and Support Services

2. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation of a service by contacting us through email or phone.

Cancellation requests must be made before the work has started. Once the project or service work has begun, cancellation may not be eligible for a full refund.

If a client cancels the service after work has started, the company may deduct charges for the work already completed, consultation, resources used, and administrative costs.

3. Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

The service has not yet started after payment.
The company is unable to deliver the agreed service due to unavoidable reasons.
A duplicate payment has been made by the client.

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Work has already been completed or delivered.
The client changes their mind after the project has started.
Delay occurs due to the client not providing required details, content, approval, or documents.
The client is not satisfied due to changes in personal preference after approval.
Domain, hosting, third-party tools, plugins, software, or subscription purchases have already been made.
Customized digital products or services have been delivered.

4. Return Policy
As our company provides digital and IT services, physical returns are generally not applicable.

Once a digital service, design, website, software, source file, login detail, or digital product has been delivered to the client, it cannot be returned.

5. Project Cancellation by Company
Computingpool Enterprises reserves the right to cancel any project or service if:

The client provides false or incomplete information.
The client fails to make payment on time.
The client does not respond for a long period.
The work requested is illegal, unethical, or against company policy.

In such cases, any refund will be decided after deducting the cost of work already completed.

6. Revision Policy
Revisions will be provided as per the package or agreement selected by the client.

Additional revisions, major changes, or changes outside the original project scope may be charged separately.

Once final approval is given by the client, further changes may be treated as new work and may require additional payment.

7. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 15 working days from the date of approval.

The refund will be made through the original payment method or any other agreed payment method.

Bank charges, payment gateway charges, or third-party charges may be deducted where applicable.

8. Third-Party Services
Payments made for third-party services such as domain registration, web hosting, premium themes, plugins, APIs, software licenses, advertising budgets, or subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased.

Such services are subject to the refund and cancellation policies of the respective third-party provider.
