3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
Work has already started on the project.
Service has already been delivered fully or partially.
Client changes their mind after placing the order.
Delay occurs due to lack of required information, documents, content, approval, or communication from the client.
Custom software, website, app, logo, design, digital marketing, hosting, domain, or third-party service has been purchased or initiated.
Client is dissatisfied due to reasons not covered in the original agreement or scope of work.
4. Third-Party Charges
Any payment made for domain registration, hosting, software licenses, plugins, themes, APIs, paid tools, advertisements, payment gateway charges, or any third-party service is strictly non-refundable once purchased or activated.
5. Project Cancellation
If the client wishes to cancel a project after work has started, the amount paid will be adjusted against the work already completed, time spent, resources used, and expenses incurred. Any remaining balance, if applicable, may be refunded at the company’s discretion.

Payment details
Service purchased
Reason for refund request

7. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 15 business days through the original payment method or any other agreed method.
