Shipping Policy

1. Overview
At Computingpool Enterprises, we mainly provide IT services such as website development, software development, mobile app development, digital marketing, logo design, graphic design, technical support, and other digital services.

As most of our services are delivered digitally, physical shipping is generally not applicable.

2. Digital Delivery
All completed digital products and services will be delivered through online methods such as:

WhatsApp
Google Drive / Cloud Link
Client Dashboard
Online Project Management Tool
Any other agreed digital platform

Delivery timelines will depend on the type of service, project scope, client approval, and completion of required information or documents from the client.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline
The estimated delivery time for each service will be shared with the client before starting the project.

Examples:

Website Design: [7–15 working days]
Logo Design: [2–5 working days]
Software Development: As per project scope
Digital Marketing Services: As per monthly package
Technical Support: As per service agreement

Delays may occur if the client does not provide required content, images, approvals, documents, or feedback on time.

4. Physical Delivery
If any physical item is required to be delivered, such as printed materials, hardware, documents, certificates, or any other product, shipping charges and delivery timelines will be informed separately before dispatch.

Physical delivery may be handled by courier, postal service, or third-party delivery partners.

5. Shipping Charges
For digital services, no shipping charges are applicable.

For physical products or documents, shipping charges may apply depending on the delivery location, courier service, and item type.

6. Incorrect Delivery Information
The client is responsible for providing correct email address, phone number, postal address, and other delivery details.

Computingpool Enterprises will not be responsible for delay or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

7. Delivery Confirmation
Digital delivery will be considered completed once the final files, access details, project link, or service confirmation has been shared with the client through the agreed communication method.

8. Third-Party Delays
For physical delivery, Computingpool Enterprises is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal services, natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other situations beyond our control.
